Batman Comics, classic Christmas covers! Issue 27, 33 and 45. No restoration

  

From the attic of the original owner. Has spine roll and the cover is loose as a result.

A few dings and nicks at the spine. A bit of foxing and a dust-shadow. This is a great war-time issue.

3.5 to 4.0 grade. Could be restored to 6.0. The pages of this copy are nice, but the spine has nicks and tears. Bottom staple popped and the pictures show peeks through the spine. I'd call this a 2.5 grade book.

Nice solid copy with a slight mothball odor. If this copy were cleaned and pressed you'd probably get a 6.5 to 7.0. As is, I call it a 5.0. Don't bother lowballing this set as I won't spring for it. Eventually it will sell for my price. These golden age christmas covers are a great investment for the collector in December. It's going to sell, so why wait? I've been interested in comics since 1973 and know how to use the Overstreet grading system.
