How many thousands of dollars is a 9.8 Walking Dead # 1 going for these days? Man, I wish I'd grabbed a few. Now you can have it. I've decided to let it go. On the CGC census listing, there have only been 26 total of these graded. 15 in 9.8, of which I have this one. There are only 6 in a 9.6. I have one of those 9.6 and it is listed. This is an extremely rare low print book.

Very hard to find in any condition. This was released before WD turned into the phenomenon that it is today. Also before the AMC TV show had people clamoring for back issues like walkers after fresh meat. This way you can actually read the story's first chapter if you haven't already.

I don't usually put or best offer on such a hot property. In this case, I will.

If you make me a reasonable offer, I might even accept it. Why would you want to? Whomever buys this, they are going to frame it and hang it on their wall.

Possibly hold onto it for a couple years and resell it. I hope they will keep it as a jewel in their collection. Keep a fresh clip in your gun, and your hatchet handy. You know, if I was smart I would take this 9.8 and track down Kirkman at a con and get him to sign this.

How high would this book climb in value? I just don't go to that many cons.
