Lot of 2 Spyderco knives all stainless China-made with boxes Honeybee & Kiwi
Knives were both made in China, but are of surprisingly good quality. I support our US knife makers but i have bought knives in the past that were phonies, unwarranted knock-offs, unidentified foreign jobs, those poorly described and more... That's why i call myself Honest Al. I really try to do the best for my friends and customers that i can. I call'em as i see'em and that can lead to some real or "nitpicking-type" disagreements.
That's okay if we are willing to learn. I do not mind others having their own opinions (grin)!! Even if they're always wrong grin again!
So these knives both have that walk'n'talk sound, and both scales are plain-finished. Both boxes have the bug on top and the digital stickers on the bottom.
Both boxes are lined with cut-outs that don't quite fit the knives! Both knives are etched the bug one on the scale; larger blade on tang. Large blade also has Spyderco in a curve over 8Cr13MoV (steel type). The small knife tang is etched with Spyderco in a vertical marking and China likewise on the other side.
