VINTAGE ORIGINAL RED FRACTURED ICE FORMICA 1950's DINETTE SET-TABLE & 4 CHAIRS

  
ORIGINAL VINTAGE 1950'S RED FRACTURED ICE FORMICA DINETTE SET : We picked this set up in 1990 from a local second hand shop in Los Angeles. Includes one Chrome and Formica table, plus sleeve and four chairs. All are a Cherry Red color. The table measures Length: 39 1/2" (Without Sleeve)- 47 1/2" (With Sleeve) x Height: 30" x Width: 30", Sleeve: 8. The Formica Table top and Chrome are in Very Good to Excellent Condition. There is some wear and pitting to Chrome and table Top. There has been some minor Repair work done to the underside of table. At each corner where the 4 legs connect to the table, a small piece of plywood has been attached so that the legs secure tightly to the table. This repair is completely reversible for the table, and would not cause any problems if done. The Chairs are also in Very Good to Excellent Condition.

There is also some wear and pitting to Chrome and Seats. One chair has had repair work done to the Chrome legs with bolts and minor welding by dealer I bought set from. All 4 seats were reupholstered by a Professional Furniture Restorer in L. The repairs; under seat and under table DO NOT EFFECT APPEARANCE at all.

Here is my system: 1. NEW/MINT: means exactly that, no flaws. AS NEW/NEAR MINT: means there may be very some tiny flaw such as some very minor rubbing. FINE: means there may be slightly more imperfections, such as some wear or a tiny crease, etc. VERY GOOD: means there are flaws, such as pinholes, small closed tears, spots, rubbing, creases, chips, staining, discoloration, etc. All of which would be minor. GOOD: means that there are significant problems. Holes, tears, pieces missing, smoke damage, mold, insects, dents, cracks, parts missing, incomplete items, water staining or damage, sunning, loose pages, bindings, covers. All of which would lean more toward the extreme side. Most items look better than the photo allows for. Rates may be higher for larger, heavy, odd shaped items.
