Vintage Star Wars ESB, Bespin, Huge Lot, Kenner, 1980, Authentic

  
Up for sale is a Vintage Star Wars Empire Strikes Back set of Bespin action figures, weapons, and accessories made by Kenner in 1980. The case is in very nice condition. There are no breaks, chips, or cracks. The insert has several tiny numbers penned above the figures heads. The decal sheets are brand new, reproduction. There is no residue inside or out. I cleaned this case myself with soap and warm water. All the pegs fit perfectly.

All items are 100% authentic originals. All the capes are originals, all the weapons are originals, both the Carbonite/Slave 1 pieces are originals. The weapons have all been thoroughly float tested and rise back to the surface when pushed under.

The only two reproduction items in this set are the decal/sleeve on R2D2 and the Cloud City cardboard backdrop that was scanned from an original and includes a reproduction sleeve. All of the items in this Lot are free from smoke, odors, residues, modifications, touch-ups, or any other issues--just like all my other authentic items that are all 100% original and unmodified (unless otherwise explicitly stated as being such). All the major characters in this set--with the exception of the white suit Princess Leia--are in near mint shape. As for the background characters: Several of the Bespin guards have lackluster or missing gold paint.

One Bespin guard has missing paint in a spot on his right hand. Two of the Stormtroopers have slightly discolored arms and legs.

One trooper has blue markings on the inside bottom of the leg. One other has loose arm joints. Other than these minor issues, the set is in near mint condition. Darth Vader is gorgeous, with a very nice cape and authentic telescoping lightsaber. Boba Fett is in mint condition, made in Taiwan and with perfect paint and original blaster.

Luke, Bespin Leia, Han, Cherie, and Lando are all near flawless. Their faces are so nice that is one picture, you can catch reflections off both Han's and Leia's faces.

C3P0 has very loose joints and is in well played-with condition. That's why I'm including a brand new, factory sealed C3P0 in this Lot as well. The only figure in sub par condition is the white Leia, whose hand paint has faded, and who also shows discoloration of the torso and legs. This is a throw-in figure to complete the look of the scene where she is rescued by Lando Calrissian. I will review offers, as long as they are not just low ball.
