Beautiful Druse and Amethyst with Calcite Specimen Lot for collectors

  

This peculiar lot is composed by 6 beautiful rocks. The biggest one is a druse, with small crystals that have a light purple color (apx 10/20 grade). The second largest rock is an amethyst with slighter bigger crystals, with a stronger purple color ranging apx 14/20.

In this piece, there is calcite pilled together in beautiful typical rhombohedral crystals. The next two pieces are deep purple amethysts, with small to medium size crystals, one of them with 2 calcite crystals. The last two pieces are cute amethyst flowers, medium to big size crystals, with a purple color ranging apx 16/20. One of these pieces has a beautiful and rare bi-terminated amethyst crystal!

These rocks came from an old man that set up the business of exploitation of Amethyst and exportation. He started this 60 years ago and is recognized throughout the south of Brazil as largely one of the grandfathers of the Amethyst business. My husband and I are both Geologists and we collected these on our last expedition to the South. We have traveled all throughout Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul. We sell rocks individually, in bulk and we import to the United States on a bi-annual basis. We specialize in Amethyst, Amethyst with Calcite, Muscovite, Apatite, Imperial Topaz, Emerald, Aligator Quartz (Quartzo Jacare) and Tourmaline of all the colors.
