Well not only is Spider-man the signature character for Stan Lee and Marvel since day one, but Spider-Man is on the cover, there is a crossover story between the two characters.

Again, we cant add how rare and significant this is. It would already be desirable being a solid mid grade signature series Daredevil #1 signed by Stan Lee, but a spider-man sketch on the cover by the creator Stan the Man makes it that much more of a desirable piece...
