This is Pig Pen's House from the Department 56 Peanuts Village. It was released and retired in 2011. This is the only one online as of this moment because they are extremely hard to find. Was used as a store display. (unsure of why the bush in the front of the house looks different than the picture on the box). Set includes: Pig Pen's house, Pinecrest elementary school, Charlie Brown's house, Van Pelt house and Schroeder's piano playhouse (musical note bush in the front of the house has been glued). All are new in their original boxes and have never been displayed with the exception of Pig Pen's house as described above.
