With a number of retired play sets included. Collection was well cared for.

Comes from a smoke free environment. The electronics work and talk. They require different batteries Battery compartments are clean. Dumbo ride is non working (motor works does not turn).

Monorail System - this is an early version in which the doors do not open for figure placement. 2 Monorail Vehicles talk and moves forward and backwards. You get the black and yellow label monorail vehicle. Monorail Track : 31 straight, 61 curve, 86 track stands. 5 straight and 3 track stands are a discolored sun?

Monorail Switch Station - works and talks and is complete with all accessories. Mad Tea Party (Retired) - spins, comes with switch connector or adapter. Dumbo Ride - does not work gear seems to be stripped, so it will not go around or up and down. There is 1 extra connector adapter. Haunted Tree - Has some issues missing screw on battery case.

2 of the branches and cats tail were glued. Comes with power pack that lights. Haunted Mansion - is in nice shape with working electronics comes with all off its accessories. Disney Castle is in really good shape with working electronics all lights work. Has the majority of the furniture accessories, missing figures.

Mickey left leg topiary has been glued. The Polynesian Resort is complete no issues.

The Grand Floridian set Rare retired set is complete non broken. The Disney Contemporary resort is complete clean no issues. Epcot Center is incomplete missing main bottom base. Tree Of Life in box. Box has issues but item is complete. Items will be taken apart. There are no instructions assembly required. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the items.
