This is a large collection of U. Coins, there are some coins, which are not U. But were in the collection and most of the coins are silver, but a few are gold.
They each will be listed. None of them are or have been graded, they are not or have not been certified by any coin company or association and in fact, no one has ever personally seen these coins before.
NONE of the coins have ever been cleaned, washed, or have anything ever done to any of them, while they were in this collection. They were never touched by other coins in this collection, we wore gloves to put them in the small white coin holders.. Whether they were touched when they were first minted or used, i suppose some of them were, because some of them are in different conditions. We know how they came to being available and where alot of them have been since they have been minted. If you look at my feedback, you will see, yes, 861 or so , but that would equal to more than A FEEDBACK SCORE OF 8000 OR MORE people giving me feedback, because i sell in quantity almost everything. I sell 300 records at one time , whereas most sellers sell one at a time, and on and on. We ve looked at each and every coin with magnifying glasses, electric magnifying glasses and matched up every coin to every book that we have and didn't have, we have been in business in chicago for over 50 years under the name of ANTIQUE DEALERS OF AMERICA. WE KNOW THAT MANY OF THE COINS IN THIS COLLECTION WOULD PROBABLY GO FOR A GOOD AMOUNT DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THESE COINS, WE ALSO KNOW THAT THERE ARE PROBABLY 45 OR SO COINS THAT ARE CONSIDERED RARE AND VERY COLLECTIBLE.
WE ALSO KNOW THAT PICKING OUT ONE coin ASSOCIATION OVER ANOTHER CREATES PROBLEMS, BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT IDEA OF WHAT A COIN IS VALUED AT. I KNOW, was LICENSED AS A REAL ESTATE APPRAISER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. SO NO MATTER WHO YOU TALK TO , YOU WILL GET SEVERAL OPINIONS ON ANY COIN OR ANY PIECE OF REAL ESTATE OR A VALUE OF A CAR. WE FELT THAT THE PRICE OF SCRAP WAS OVER THE AMOUNT OF VALUE AS A COLLECTOR COIN.
UNFORTUNATELY, FOR THEM, WE WILL NEVER SEE THOSE OFFERS BECAUSE THEY ARE MUCH LOWER THAN WHAT WE WILL ACCEPT. SO TO THOSE WHO WANT TO WASTE THEIR TIME MAKING GOOFY OFFERS, GO RIGHT AHEAD. THE OFFERS ARE NEVER SEEN BY ANYONE IN OUR GROUP. SO WE HAVE DEVISED A PLAN TO MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE COMPANY CAN TOUCH OR REMOVE THE COINS WHILE IN TRANSIT.THATS WHY, THE COLLECTION WILL BE HAND DELIVERED BY US. DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE, WE WILL EITHER DRIVE TO YOU OR FLY TO YOU OR HAVE SOMEONE WE KNOW AND TRUST DELIVER THE COINS TO YOU. AND MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU BOUGHT. THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS YOU CAN PAY.
SO CALLING US, BEFORE HAND, IS A GOOD START, AFTER ALL, EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE SURE THEY GET WHAT THEY PAY FOR. 4.1878 indian head penny. There was a coin listed here, but we couldn't find the coin listed in one of the coin books we used, so either it was a typo or one of the rarest coins in U. The coin was listed as a 1858 half cent, so if it really is a 1858 half cent, it was made by the mint, but supposedly never distributed like the 1933 20 dollar piece , supposedly never placed in circulation, but some escaped the melting pot and survived and were found some years ago. HOWEVER , NEW INFORMATION HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION that in the red book of coin values, under half cents, it says'proofs and restrikes were made at the mint for sale to collectors, restrikes are believed to have been sruck c.
So this coin might be real, although since we are not coin dealers, we would not be able to tell if the coin is restrike or not. 12.1866 indian head penny. 22.1918 centennial lincoln 1/2 dollar. 23.1874 nickel 3 cent piece.24.1866 nickel 3 cent piece. 25.1804 half cent marked 200.
